The salon had just moved to it's temporary store location, so the staff were still getting used to the new salon layout. I wasn't offered a drink in my 3 hour stay there which was unusual, it appeared like there was a shortage of salon help. Also the chair I was at was right in the path of the colour bench and sometimes the chair was knocked and the hairdresser was even bumped a few times. Probably not a good seat to use moving forward. However, overall a great experience, very friendly and a great cut and colour. This salon provides a great range of services and with very reasonable prices.

First time coming to the salon and had longer hair. I wanted to go much shorter which the stylist supported. I showed her a few pictures of the length and style and she did an awesome job. So happy with my cut as well as the advitshe gave me about my colour and products to help protect my hair. I don’t live in Australia but would absolutely come back again next time I visit and highly recommend the salon. Great friendly team.

As a new client, I felt welcomed and was made to feel special straight away. Jess was fantastic, at all times she informed me of what was happening and gave me sound advice without upselling. I left feeling confident and valued. I’ll definitely be back.
