extremely overpriced, was charged for a treatment I asked specifically not to get. The workers were unprofessional, not helping with any styling or colour advice, just telling me my hair has silicone in it. Their attitude ranged between rude, bitchy, and very fake. Came in feeling shit about my hair and left feeling shit about my whole person. But if you don’t care how your hairdresser treats you they are pretty good at winging it with little consultation.

A bit of a disaster. The poor lighting in the salon made it difficult to see the true colour of my hair and later, in better light I could see just how awful it was. Over-blond tints with a halo of dark brown - none of it blended to appear natural. It was a very expensive fee just for colour, without a cut or blow dry, so it was a very disappointing experience and I won’t be returning.

I was quite happy at the salon but then after washing I realised one side of my hair is one inch longer. I didn’t get to look at the back as she didn’t show, I should have asked. In any case the last two times,some Amount of time was spent to do a good job but this time around I felt it was rushed. For example, water pressure was obviously high as it was spraying in my face. I asked the stylist that it was Spraying and she quickly reduced the water flow but then it went up again and continued to spray. I just put up With that but the hair cut is extremely disappointing as it wasn’t layered as much. It looked ok when it was blowed Dried but the difference in length is unacceptable. I’d like a management personnel to contact me as the length needs to be fixed up! Regards Debbie

I showed a picture of the root colour I wanted, the young girl received advice from a colleague - she is inexperienced? The young girl applied dye to my hair without showing me any colour chart or even telling me she was applying a totally different and much darker colour than I was expecting. When the dye was rinsed out and I saw myself in the mirror I was shocked and horrified, holding back from bursting out crying. I do not under any circumstance want to be so dark all over, she literally went ahead and did something I did not want! The dark colour looks horrible on me, washed out, sideburns look like Elvis Presley, I had to wear alot of makeup to my daughters engagement party and I stayed away from photo's - totally ruined the special occasion I was excited for. As soon as my grey is growing out I will have a hideous obvious stripe. I am absolutely devastated - I will be washing and putting mask treatments daily to try and fade this dye as much as I can, and must book an appointment at a salon to try and fix what this girl has done to me:(

When I say i don't mind who my stylist is, I don't mean give me the most expensive person you have. I don't have a spare $120 to spend on my hair, i just wanted a cut wash and blow dry. I also don't appreciate when I'm not told the price until the end so I can't mentally and physically prepare myself for the amount of money I'm about to spend! I would also appreciate it if your staff weren't as rough during the washing process, my head isn't a mannequin head, it's a real person.
