I had to pay a lot for my experience (especially since my hair is long) but I’m still willing to go back again. It was my first time there and I only got a wash and blow dry but it felt really worthwhile being there. Not only did I get what I want but I left the place with more advice on how to take care of my hair (which I feel is rare). The people were really nice and didn’t force any social interaction so I did not feel awkward at all. I actually ended up taking initiative to start conversation (which is a first for me). What was interesting is that there’s a lot of staff and everyone was running around with barely any time to take a breather. You could tell it was a high stress job for them yet they still went above and beyond to provide great service to their clients.

I was accommodated at short very notice. Cared for by lovely staff, and had a wonderful colourist who was professional, efficient, confident and fantastic. The outcome is beautiful (grey free) hair. I love the colour. Love the service and have always appreciate the caring and accomodation approach of all staff. See you next time! Thank you.

Experience was amazing, incredibly happy with the result my only feedback would be that the online booking was a little confusing, I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed to book for what I wanted but the stylists are flexible and somehow achieve exactly what you want regardless.
