Hi, I came in for a simple root colour to cover the grey. Your team upsold me on a treatment and also shampoo and conditioner . This my fee for service was $189. The team were brilliant however I am consistently baffled by the “dry off”experience . I don’t expect a full professional blow dry but I expect my hair to be DRY when I leave. Why is absolutely no effort involved with a dry off? For the extra 2-3 minutes required for a small amount of simple brushing to part my hair and make me look decent when I leave you shifted my 10/10 experience to a highly frustrated and disappointed 3 out of 10 score. I am a regular customer , I buy extra treatments and often buy high priced shampoo and conditioner in store , yet I feel like crap when I leave because I chose to get a “dry off”. After leaving your hair salon I don’t expect I have to run home and finish off my blow dry from the hair dresser. If you don’t have time , at minimum let me do it myself before I leave so I not be embarrassed about my hair . I have not expressed this concern previously and simply delete the survey. I have really had enough and am hopeful you can take this advice onboard. Seriously, an extra 2-3 minutes is not such a big deal .

Today I had Andrew for the first time as Zubair was away. He was friendly and got on with the colouring of my hair. The hairdresser who washed my hair gave a a mediocre wash and massage, wetting my face, then 'wringing' off the extra water! Once I got back to the chair she asked me if I would like a product in my hair and I said yes. She actually got another girl to put it in, of that I am not sure why? When she started to 'dry off' my hair I could see it was going to look terrible so I asked if I could use the dryer myself (I was told when I made the app that I could blow dry my own hair). Andrew heard the conversation and came over and started drying my hair. He kept saying you have to make an appointment for a blow dry as we don't have the time. I explained they I was coming again on Friday so I was happy to dry my own hair. He didn't want to listen to me and kept repeating the same thing. He was unfriendly and brusque making me uncomfortable. I have never been to Luxe and had a 'dry off' before and did not know what the process. I would not have had one today if I hadn't been coming again on Friday.

Andrew my hair dresser is amazing. He is an excellent in what he does and I like how carefully and well he treats my hair. Not to mention that he is easy to talk with and he always gives great advice. Thank you Andrew.
