I am so so happy with my colour! Andrew did an absolutely amazing job and I feel like a new person! This is the best colour I have had in years- it's made me so happy : )

I’ve never been so happy with a hair salon before, everyone is always so lovely and welcoming. I never know exactly what I want done to my hair but always walk out so happy. I’ve never received so many compliments on my colour either!

I felt the whole appointment was very rushed and expensive considering the actual length of time it took. Staff were distracted by office gossip and I felt the service was unprofessional.

I was looking for a new hairdresser and to be honest a bit scared of trying something new, but I couldn't be happier with the service Luxe provided. Kayleigh did a brilliant job with my colour and Erin gave me a lovely cut. The customer service everyone provided was extremely professional and Kayleigh has given me a detailed outline of how to gradually repair my hair and get it healthy again. I left Luxe delighted and am an advocate for the salon, but to be honest, my hair will do all the talking!
