I walked in during work hours as I had had a huge week . They could do my hair within two hours. Rose my stylist was unexpectedly great . The head massage she have while washing my hair was sensational . I showed her a photo of what I expected my hair to look like and she nailed it . For a young stylist she was professional , smart and attentive. Great experience. I normally use a full service salon closer to my home and the service I received today was similar . Really warm , efficient and well priced.

Andrew gave me the best head massage, cut and experience I have ever had at a salon. He even gave me a hair tutorial on how to blow dry st home the way I like it. I’ve found my new favourite salon in Sydney ☺️

I’ve been to luxe before for a haircut with Andrew and had an amazing experience, this time I’d chosen the winter treatment which was only offered with selected stylists. I had Nas this time and she was fabulous however I’ve realised that my hair has been cut uneven, I’d asked for layers with texturising to help reduce the thickness. The front sections of the hair are what I’d asked for but the back is disappointing and feels likes weird (pictured attached) I initially thought it was the my styling but it’s the haircut as I’ve styled it a few times and it feels and looks uneven at the back. I don’t see the value for money in my experience but have had positive experience at the salon before hence the rating.

Luxe is great all the staff are so friendly and professional and Jess is a great hairdresser highly recommend this salon
