Always professional and friendly. Kayleigh is wonderful and can trust her always. Best part is getting my hair massaged by a very polite male staff who takes great care to make it a wonderful experience for me. Very considerate and always asks to make sure the water temperature and pressure right and I almost always fall asleep as I feel so relaxed. I felt even more pampered today having red wine and nibbles whilst reading from their great selection of magazines.

Love love love my Luxe salon! Jess never ceases to amaze me and I'm always just so happy with the magic that she performs on my hair. Have been going to Luxe Concepts Salon for a few years now, and will never go anywhere else. Thank you for always making me look and feel so fresh and gorgeous.

As always my experience at Luxe Concept Salon was absolutely first class in every respect. Firstly you are welcomed in with a friendly, warm approach and efficiently dealt with. My very professional and highly enthusiastic hairdresser, Patrick, listens carefully to your requests and gives his 100% input to achieve the desired results. My blonde tones are extremely natural in appearance with his knack of foiling which is superb! Also his cutting skills are A1 with a wonderful result each and every time. This salon is a winner with the great staff, party-like atmosphere and this is reflected in the popularity of this venue. Highly recommended!

Hi, Ruby washed and cut my hair for my 30th birthday. I cut a good 4 inches off. She was great in her recommendation of length we should go to and she has some good skill. I was very pleased with the cut however the service was cold and there was no real warmth in my visit at all. I felt rushed and they were more concerned about getting me out of the chair for the next customer. She even forgot that she had offered to curl my hair at the end and I left with it only blow dried I also asked to purchase olaplex and that was forgotten too. I was rushed to the counter to pay then it was "bye". Happy 30th birthday to me.
