A little on the pricey side however they do a fantastic job. The reclining chairs at the basins are comfortable so it's easy to drift off during a treatment. Lovely staff and nice atmosphere.

Always wonderful service by my technicians, however my most recent visit was a little impacted by another hairdresser going on about her personal life and children at a volume that impacted my communication with my stylist and the ability to enjoy my time in the salon - my little escape from my family. Hopefully this was a one off!

This salon was busy but the hairdresser was respectful and wore a mask when asked and I wore one two. I care for family in palliative care do need to be careful. Thank you Jessica. I will be back in 8 weeks for another hair cut. The store also had an excellent range of hair care products.

Loved my recent trip to Luxe with Charlotte! Always such a nice friendly environment to walk into, especially with the burden of restructuring with new COVID-19 restrictions. Professional and efficient service, as well as a great vibe!
