I had to pay a lot for my experience (especially since my hair is long) but I’m still willing to go back again. It was my first time there and I only got a wash and blow dry but it felt really worthwhile being there. Not only did I get what I want but I left the place with more advice on how to take care of my hair (which I feel is rare). The people were really nice and didn’t force any social interaction so I did not feel awkward at all. I actually ended up taking initiative to start conversation (which is a first for me). What was interesting is that there’s a lot of staff and everyone was running around with barely any time to take a breather. You could tell it was a high stress job for them yet they still went above and beyond to provide great service to their clients.

I’ve been seeing Laura for around 5 years now. She is the best colourist I’ve ever had. She listens to my convoluted ideas and somehow works out exactly what I want. Often it exceeds my expectations. She is an expert in all she does and great to chat to too! Would recommend her to anyone.

I was looked after by Brody during my visit. He was wonderful! Great skills, lovely personality and gave me great advice about how to colour my hair. I had not coloured my hair for three years due to the pandemic so was back to my natural colour. After the visit, I felt like I had gone back in time. Some of my strands were a little too golden, and this was fixed immediately and most importantly, it was made clear that I was not making a fuss. Prior to this appointment I had another colourist at a globally renowned brand hair salon (15+ years), but I can happily say that I now have a new colourist and hair stylist. Thank you Brody!
