Was really looking forward to a nice haircut experience after lockdown. However, I am still very shocked at the cost of what I paid for a standard haircut and blow wave with no colour. I had a look at the prices before coming and was expecting to pay around $80 - $110 max and ended up paying $204.50 (that included a $15 discount as first time client) due to a sneaky up selling technique that caught me completely off guard. Which unfortunately has left me with a bitter taste towards how you treat customers. The hairdresser introduced herself and we started talking about my hair she wanted to take me to get it washed and very quickly said your hair is dry would you like a treatment put in, no mention of the cost or that it was an additional service/product to what I had booked. It wasn't until I was at the washbasin that I realised I would be paying for the hair treatment as she quickly opened a new box and put it in my hair. Then I was thinking ok if my hair needs it no worries, but wasn't expecting to pay $100 for this extra product more like $50, $60 at most. When the front desk told me how much my hairdresser visit cost, I was shocked and felt cheated as I never knew I was going to be paying $100 for this extra product and $204 for a no colour just simple wash cut and blowwave is a joke. This was a sneaky and unfair way to upsell and it was too late to say anything as she had already opened the product and used it without me knowing the cost. Which then left me mad and upset the rest of the day. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a salon willing to be this deceitful and won't be returning in the near future.

When I tried to book online it said the cost was $47 for a mens cut. However I was charged $95 minus $15 discount as a first time customer. Whilst I didn’t realise at the time it would appear that something is not correct. Could You please explain.

The environment is sleek and comfortable they offer you coffee and snack as well. The only downside is the price which is quite steep and also I feel my haircut was a little rushed and the stylist was a little rough as well.

The black decor is depressing. Your hair washing chairs are uncomfortable. Your pricing is outrageous. I have had better service for a fraction of your cost.

Hey. So the young guy was nice and tried to do a good job but messed my hair up. I had to ask him to get me someone senior to fix it. My hair is a lot shorter than I intended now. She did a great job fixing it and he was sweet and friendly. Maybe don’t put inexperienced hair dressers on to people’s hair they are confident with?? Must be hard to get experience though which I understand. Also at one point one of the other hairdressers had words with another of your staff. It looked like she was angry. I didn’t catch what she said but it wasn’t cool to see as a customer. Serj heard it and apologised to me. I was given a big discount which I didn’t expect and I was grateful for. I would’ve paid the full price because of the way things were handled. Thank you for doing that.

The experience of getting my hair done was great, however, the final result was not what I expected nor what I asked for. Before my haircut, my hair was coming down to hip length (and very dead) so I asked for the dead ends to come off, expecting it to end up at waist height, taking off about 3 inches, however the final result has my hair down to my bust, a lot shorter than what I expected. I also asked for long blended layers, however, the layers are quite blunt and if they are meant to be blunt, they are very uneven with many pieces at least an inch longer than the rest. My hair was cut about a week ago and I am only just noticing these issues now as I attributed the length and shape to the styling and product that was in my hair. Overall, I am quite disappointed in the way my hair has ended up looking, especially when the last time this stylist saw me, she did exactly what I asked for and was amazingly good.Attached is an image of my hair one week post hair cut, freshly washed and blow dried, however I do have images of my hair from the back and my hair prior to my haircut.
