Sarah was very gentle when applying the Keratin treatment. I have had other stylists pull my hair when they are straightening it. Sarah was extremely gentle each step of the way. I will request her for the treatment. Erin was lively as usual and left me very happy with the haircut. She is very professional and is very good at giving advise about what would suit.

Walking into the salon I was greeted by super-friendly faces, getting in a quick consult before jumping into a toner and cut. Sarah always knows exactly what I want my hair to look like. The atmosphere in the salon is so lovely, in stressful times such as this, it feels so good to enter a stress-free area and enjoy a lush experience at Luxe. I cannot wait to come back and get some more colour in my hair at my favourite salon with my favourite stylist!
