Comment
Recently had an eyebrow and upper lip wax. While I was in the wait room, the beautician at the front was busy chatting on the phone for 5 minutes before she acknowledged me waiting. Some one else came out asked for my details , walked away and then the same person continued with the phone call. Being in such a small space it was evident it was clearly a personal call. This is the first time in years of attending the Eltham Salon that the beautician was rough, not friendly or genuine and didn't provide cream afterwards to sooth the redness, and didn't ask if I required powder to cover the redness. I have always recommended your services and staff , however during this short visit, it felt like a completely different salon. I religiously use all your beauty creams after great advice a few years back. Hoping that the next visit is more professional on all levels.
