I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked in a facial with a particular therapist only to turn up to have the treatment with someone else. It was after the treatment that I found out the therapist I booked in with was sick. I would have appreciated a phone call to advise of the change, and I would have cancelled the appointment. I was made to feel bad about the products I was using, the person had no knowledge of me or my skin and why I use the products I use (I only use Ella Bache products). I had to ask to put the airconditioner on as the room was stifling. The therapist turned it on but then said that I didn't need to get under the blanket. Getting comfortable under the blanket is part of the relaxing experience. I went home in tears after the treatment. After the cleanse, I didn't know what the therapist was doing or the products that was being used, I don't know what made this particular facial cost more than the signature facial.
