The woman who does my eyelashes is fantastic however I was not thrilled by the woman at the desk when I walked in last time. Despite the bell on the door to let her know she had a customer, she kept her back turned and completely ignored me and continued to show lipsticks to the customer who was already there. The other customer was clearly uncomfortable because she started gesturing towards me which the staff member ignored. Then the phone rang, she was able to go and answer the phone still without even acknowledging me. As the time ticked by my appointment time, I eventually had to just interrupt the conversation and ask if the women who does my eyelashes is aware that I had arrived. She said "yes, she's just running a bit late". Absolutely fine, just for goodness sake, please greet me when I walk in the door and actually communicate that with me so I'm not just sitting there wondering! I don't think that's too much to ask. A simple certasy that would have avoided this negative experience. All the other staff have been wonderful.
