While having my treatment and my therapist was lovely And informative. There was someone in the salon I could hear the whole time complaining about a phone bill and her experience the whole time, whether it was another therapist or client Im unsure but was distracting and quite annoying to hear the time I was there .

I’ve been to Ella Bache many times before but today was not up to the same standard. I had to wait ten minutes for my appointment but no one acknowledged this. I had a tan but nobody checked how dark I wanted it. I wasn’t given any after care advice or instructions. When I went out to pay there was nobody at the counter and I waited a good 5 minutes for somebody to show up. I didn’t feel welcome and more like my appointment was a burden on their time.

I had a scrub and massage. When I was turned over I wasn’t given an eye mask which was a bit disappointing. The salon is also really noisy, I heard talking through the whole appointment. The towels were the softest I had ever experienced and the massage itself was really good.
