Ruby is an amazing beauty therapist and always recommends products that are best suited to my skin. Everytime she waxes my brows she always ensures that I’m happy and comfortable. Couldn’t recommended her more.

From the minute you walk through the doors at Ella Bache, you are made to fee welcome and totally at ease. The girls are always so friendly and greet you with a smile. My facial with Maria was amazing!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, and really wants the best for you and your skin. I always feel relaxed - like a princess!! Thanks Ella Bache, can't wait for my next visit.

The woman who does my eyelashes is fantastic however I was not thrilled by the woman at the desk when I walked in last time. Despite the bell on the door to let her know she had a customer, she kept her back turned and completely ignored me and continued to show lipsticks to the customer who was already there. The other customer was clearly uncomfortable because she started gesturing towards me which the staff member ignored. Then the phone rang, she was able to go and answer the phone still without even acknowledging me. As the time ticked by my appointment time, I eventually had to just interrupt the conversation and ask if the women who does my eyelashes is aware that I had arrived. She said "yes, she's just running a bit late". Absolutely fine, just for goodness sake, please greet me when I walk in the door and actually communicate that with me so I'm not just sitting there wondering! I don't think that's too much to ask. A simple certasy that would have avoided this negative experience. All the other staff have been wonderful.

I was nervous to get my first set of eyelashes as i didnt want them to be too big or too bushy. i kept askig how they were going and during the appointment - probably annoying the consultant and i was so impressed and pleased with the result ! super duper ! i was also so relaxed during the consult that i think (my daughter was with me to watch and she confired i actualy did) fall asleep :-)
