As soon as I walked into Ella Bache I was greeted by the ladies at the counter and attended to straight away. They both had very friendly personalities and a big happy smile on their faces. My massage was done by Diane G who was very professional and always made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend was treated very well

The ladies at ella bache eltham are just amazing. They are so lovely and down to earth. Every treatment iv had has been exceptional. From their spray tans (i had for my hens and wedding and the colour was beautiful, i was glowing), facials and massages.. and all their products..just fabulous. I ensure i come in for a pampering treatment every couple of months as its so relaxing and leaves me feeling fresh and rejuvenated. I highly recommend ella bache eltham. I wont be going anywhere else 😍😍😍 10/10

The beauty therapist I was booked with (elissa) was beyond lovely and professional. The two older women I encountered when I first walked in firstly did not even acknowledge me when I walked in, the continued talking amongst themselves. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this treatment at the Eltham salon, and I believe the same two employees were involved the last few times. They could also be heard in the back saying “f**k this” and “f**k that”. Very rude and unpleasant. I live locally about two minutes drive and would much prefer to drive all the way to Doncaster than encounter these two people. The only thing that keeps me coming back is that the beauty therapists I’ve been seen by have been lovely!
