The quality of service delivered is extraordinary. More specifically, the staff, environment and products are fantastic. From the moment I walk in I am treated with professionalism and warmth. I thoroughly enjoy the attitude toward sales - I do not feel forced to buy or do anything - it is totally up to the me (the client). (Nothing worse than a push salesman/ woman!). It can be hard to place your trust in someone - particularly with products regarding appearance - however I am confident in the staff at Cloud9 Skin & Beauty, as they know the products and service menu so well, and can answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Cloud9 Skin & Beauty to anyone that asks for a good beautician in town. I have found that although I had no major issues with my skin, in my short time using the skincare products, therapies (facials, peels and other treatments), and having confident staff members work with my skin, it has improved tenfold, particularly a reduction in pigmentation. My skin has become more radiant and bright. Since going to Cloud9 Skin and Beauty I have noticed that many people have complimented me on my skin - so thank-you! I have received a few treatments (eyebrow & lash waxing and tinting, facials, peels, pedicure, manicure (incl. shellac) and tanning) - all I have been extremely happy with the outcome/ results. I also would like to commend the flexible and affordable payment options meaning this high quality service is accessible to many. I also very much appreciate the staff at Cloud9 managing to fit around my schedule - and I have seen first hand that they always cater for everyone.
