Staff refused to credit $11.80 back to my credit card and stated it was policy to transfer the amount to store credit . I was told prior to the appointment that this amount would be refunded back to me and not store credit. Although the amount is only small... it is frustrating that Sass quoted policy that I was not aware of and felt the need to keep my money to retain me as a future client and that I needed to return to have access to my money. The only reason there was a credit is because I needed to pay an online deposit... + my voucher exceeded to the total amount of the services provided. This experience spoiled the visit and has annoyed me that you kept money that does not belong to you, regardless of the value.
