Kim who did my eyebrow wax was super understanding when I mentioned I was on acne medication. She was super conscious about my skin being more sensitive and provided that extra level of service by putting a note in my file for future reference. Thanks so much for being awesome Kim!

I did not feel my eye brow waxing was as good as possible . Just a tidy up and not the best shape for my face. I had eyebrow , lip and chin and was out in less than 25 minutes . Far quicker than ever before. Someone else was waiting to go in and went in straight away. Wondered if my service was not lucrative enough to warrant the time needed to do a classy job. Thinking I might go elsewhere.

Hi Faye, we apologise you felt that way during your booking, I wanted to let you know that an eyebrow, lip and chin wax is booked for 20 minutes. Unless a massage or facial are booked in during your same booking as waxing (massages and facials are allocated 10 minutes turnaround time at the end) - we always and hopefully have clients straight after waxing. We strive to be as efficient as possible as a lot of waxing clients prefer it to be quick and painless as possible, we also aim to be thorough so that is why we show you the mirror in the treatment room before you leave. Maybe it feels quick when you are not also receiving a facial or massage as usual. We appreciate your feedback and we hope that you understand and do visit us again soon, we also appreciate you as a client x kind regards x
