Very friendly, but confident with what is happening. Went from hair below shoulders to a very striking - in your face short style - and there wasn't no doubt in her face while cutting and thinning. And the nice thing - she was as truly delighted and excited as I was! Saw 2 people I knew on my way home - one went - didn't recognise you with that pizzazz. And the other said - gosh, she wished she had the courage to - just do it. It looks fab. Well done!
