Manicure and pedicure treatment, polish was so bad it had to be taken off as soon as daughter got home. Took a few days for her fingers to heal after the manicure. She enjoyed the experience, the team member was lovely, but the quality of the service was poor and not worth $135. Having been a regular client before, we will not be back unfortunately.

The beautician was very nice and friendly however the services are inconsistent. Last time half and hour with scalp massage but this time it was 12 minutes for an eyelash tint at the same price. I'm really hoping the tint lasts a reasonable time. Beautician assured me it would. Friendly staff but not good value for money.

Not a pleasant entrance for me from the staff member, however, if you were a regular you received way more attention. I got a call 45 mins before my appointment telling me they were running later, I had already left home due to the potential traffic issues on the M1. The overall hurried feeling was "get them in and get them out" next!

The room was not at normal Ella Bache standards and I had nowhere to place my bag. The salon tech seemed to have a runny/sniffly nose and I am concerned about getting sick now which is a big issue in my circumstance. There was no attempt at conversation and an offhanded comment made about my studies and "being full qualified" after doing a degree to become a teacher. I have gone to several Ella Bache salons and always had exemplary service. I also wasn't offered concealer and soothing cream after a wax should be the norm, not an option.
