Have been attending this salon for a number of years, and I love it - plus they’re usually able to fit me in under short notice. Therapists are always kind and welcoming, making the effort to make you feel comfortable. **(Ratings are based on some past experiences where advice was given etc, as well as today’s experience.) Today’s experience was a little lack-lustre and I feel definitely didn’t warrant the $22 price tag for an eyebrow wax. As per previous experiences for this same treatment, the therapist would clear my brow area (whether I’ve worn make up or not), wax and tidy the brows, trim them and then put a cream to sooth the area once done. This would be followed by the opportunity to view what they now look like.. Sadly I received a wax and tidy and nothing more. Hopefully next time will reflect more enjoyable past experiences.

I didn't enjoy my experience today. I understand that you have been given instructions to run your salon according Covid 19 regulations but as a loyal customer I believe that upon entry being told to use hand sanitiser as soon as I enter and then my temperature taken as well as having to provide my details (which you already have on your database) is a violation of my persoanl privacy. How is that ok to expect that of your clients but I am the one who chooses to pay to come into your salon and be treated as a possible contaminant with a virus that has been proven to have a lower mortality rate than the seasonal flu? I understand you are doing what is expected of you but restrictions were heavily lifted today and I don't see anyone else including my hairdresser behaving in the same manner. Very disappointed.
