Comment
Every time I go your team are way too hard sell on the products. I enjoy the service and treatments immensely but dislike intensely the hard sell and the can I book your next appointment in two weeks, a month now questions. It turns me off going again anytime in the near future. Therefore I tend not to go back for months. The experience is perfect until the last few minutes as I pay, get the hard sell, the wanting to rebook me questions.
