Always feel comfortable :) only possible thing they could improve on is to make sure to ask if I like my brows trimmed during a wax (but I can always ask myself so not a huge deal, just makes it more comfortable).

My massage was excellent. The therapist was very experienced and intuitive. I would certainly recommend Krystal. I did not get the full 90mins that I had paid for which was disappointing as we started 10 mins late despite me arriving early. I would be ok with that however when I had a previous visit and I was delayed by 5 mins I was penalised and not allowed to complete the treatment. Hopefully these double standards can be looked into.

I have always been happy with the services received at Ella bache for the past 20 years that I have visited the salon.i have been disappointed today with the price, as I am a senior, I should always received a discount and should be added to my file, specially as a loyal customer.
