Registered and booked online for the first time, and found the system easy to use. I was able to get the day and time that suited me the best. The beautician was just lovely, and I was very happy with the results. She also helped me with a beauty product that I was after. Highly recommend this salon experience.

Hello My Local and all the staff at EB Springwood. After a year of hibernation due to age & health issues during the pandemic, I was delighted to call EB again and speak to Gillian. Always a pleasure. Travelled from Medlow Bath, about 30 minutes, as have done for many years and greeted with a 'Happy Birthday'! which I had forgotten all about ... very thoughtful indeed! Treated myself to an aromatherapy massage, needed revive but went for relax, and that was just what it was. Calm, capable therapist, that I had not met before. Wonderful firm and confident massage in dreamy relaxed atmosphere. Katherine took care of me so well and gave great advice on colour choices for tinting with candor and genuine care and interest. No surprise that I will be seeing Katherine next month for the same rejuvenating experience and another opportunity to get to know her better.It is always a positive and reassuring visit to EB.
