I found the therapist never stopped talking about selling products and all I wanted to do was relax. She never Analise my skin.

I had a relaxation facial, it was a lovely hour of relaxing but the water that was used to wipe my face clean every time was cold and the cloths had a really bad smell to them. A personal preference I did not enjoy the steam blowing in my face for a full 10 minutes especially without any warning and I did not feel as if I could say anything, as I was struggling to take in a full breath. Overall the experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my treatment and the lady was ever so kind and helpful but would I rush back for another facial, probably not sorry.

The overall treatment was too vigorous for my liking. I like a warm to hot washer on my skin to wipe the lotion off- a cold washer was used on me today. Not sure I will be back. Maybe request another therapist.

I rang & asked for a pedicure with a really good massage as my feet get very sore. I was interested in just that with no fancy hot stones etc (I explained this), the 1st lady booked me in for a 11.30 appt which was good as I had another appt ar 12:45, which I mentioned to her. I received a call from beautiloco later in the week to change the appt to 12:00. I mentioned my appt at 12:45, she said I would be out on time. I mentioned if there was enough time for the massage as that is the only reason I wanted the appt to get relief from sore feet & the polish was a bonus as I can't do my own very well. She said yes so I agreed to the requested time change. The pedicure & massage took 45 minutes, then a rush to get polish on, I left at 1pm. The lady who did the pedicure had no idea I had asked specifically for a massage due to sore feet,she said this type of thing takes at least an hour which made sense so we couldn't understand why my appt was moved to 12 instead of leaving it at 11.30. The lady was very nice but due to the rush the polish turned out messy. It wasn't her fault she did the best she could with the time she had, It was the lack of planning & communication by the front desk. Her & I felt the pressure of me being late for my appt & her not being told the complete story. I understand now it takes an hour for a foot massage to treat sore feet, a pedicure is additional, I would have liked to have been told that when I initially rang enquiring about such services.

The beautician kept going in & out of the room to get products & was a little noisy moving the steamer around & fiddling with things which made the experience a little less enjoyable. My service was meant to be an hour long but I was finished in about 45 minutes.

Lovely therapist however I felt my lashes and brows were too light and they didn't last. Wax was good but a little slow.
