My warmest and kindest regards; and appreciation to Beth for her care, acute attention to detail and conscientiousness in approaching my hair in its current state. An immune response triggered a lot of shedding, which is new to me and was quite demoralising and hit my confidence hard. Beth took a great deal of care to be gentle with my hair due in all aspects of my cut due to active hair fall; and in this alone, Beth shows not only the utmost professionalism but her huge heart and regard for people. This is exceptionally rare. I can be meticulous about a lot of aspects regarding my hair, but I rarely even had to communicate them to Beth, as she intuitively navigated them all. In all transparency, I was feeling very vulnerable entering a salon to get a cut, but Beth’s manner eased me greatly. From the two visits I’ve had, both Beth and her colleagues offered assistance/products based on what they saw in relation to my hair. There is an interconnectedness to their team dynamic, which is akin to care, which they all do. The manner in which Axis staff treat their clients, from my observation, is inspiring. I’m so grateful and very fortunate to be in such safe and capable hands until my hair can grow back and maintaining it into the future. Thank you, Beth and to your colleagues.
