Given I had only had one waxing before and was unaware of the correct terms for what I wanted. I booked the incorrect thing but the staff member was happy to do what I was after even though she didn't have enough time. I appreciated this very much.

I have been a client of Coco's for many years first at Burnside and now at Stirling and have always been more than happy with their professional advice and friendly service. It's always a pleasure to spend a couple of hours at the salon.

Thanks Heidi, Whereas I am very satisfied with the service I receive otherwise I wouldn't travel from Brighton to Stirling, I couldn't suggest family or friends attend the salon for : (a) family don't live in the area and have their own personal preferences as what they do with their hair. (b) friends in the area know I attend the salon and say it is not in their price range. (no reflection since they usually use cheaper products and services) I am very particular about my hair, others often are not as fussy. This is just me!
