I think Rachael is just wonderful. Not only was she proactive with helping me find a new hair style (many months ago) she actually discussed the ideas with me to make sure that we shared the same vision. What I appreciated the most today is that Rachael understood how little time I get to myself and I am so grateful she wasn't offended when I said that I was just going to close my eyes for a few minutes and enjoy the time to not have to listen out for little people!! It was wonderful to be so well looked after and know that my hair was going to turn out exactly as I imagined. I think Rachael is a wonderful professional and I really enjoy having her style my hair.

Staff very welcoming. They spend time with you to discuss what you want done and listen to your comments. Veery relaxing and great coffee to boot.

The ambiance of Coco's is excellent and the overall experience is only enhanced when Anika greets you. From that point on Anika exudes respect and professionalism and the massage is then performed to your exact requests. All in all I highly rate the experience. Keep up the great work.

I always look forward to my regular appointments because I love the experience, it is like my own little escape from reality, everytime! It does cost quite a bit more compared to others, but I find the service outweighs that.

Very good massage and treatment. Very poor "snack", nothing what I ordered, and for the price paid for a full day spa, I would think the customer would deserve better.

My experience in your Salon was a wonderful experience for a tired, stressed out 72 year old. The treatment was heaven, the attendant very polite, experienced and just so adapted to your atmosphere , it was such a relaxing wonderful experience indeed. Thank you so much, wish I could do it every month!
