As we have poor mobile phone coverage where we live, it would be good if you only had to ring to cancel an appointment rather than having to reply yes, when a reminder is sent for an upcoming appointment. I often don't receive sms's until I leave home and if one gets through I have to go into the paddock to reply...I imagine I am one of the rare ones that have this problem. Regards Marci PS: As usual my last visit was great.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Chloe for my appointment on Saturday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She took her time during the color consultation we had booked, and her warmth and professionalism instantly put me at ease. I knew that I was in very capable hands. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked her to take care of my pre-wedding hair color. Thank you Chloe!
