I was very happy with the friendly staff. The therapist who did the earrings was very friendly but above all listened to my experience (a bad one!) and my questions. There was also a take home leaflet which was detailed and instructive.

Kelly was brilliant very professional and friendly! I would definitely see her again and recommend her to others! My massage was great and my eyebrows look amazing!! Very happy customer! :-)
