I loved my appointment with Rebecca today. I just hope I can continue to have her as my stylist as I’ve had quite a few different people looking after me over the last few visits.

Booked for an eyebrow wax & tint, was asked what colour I wanted and warned staff member that my hair tinted very quickly, she then left it on for ages (while I sat there praying she knew what she was doing) and I ended up with black eyebrows which I had specifically asked not to happen. She then used tint remover and while I was ok with the final result, not happy she didn't listen in the first place. She also completely missed the wax but by that stage I wasn't going to complain anymore I just wanted to get out of there.
