Hairdresser was extremely professional, helpful and skillful. Really felt like she understood me and did a really nice job. I did however feel that the cost of the treatment was quite expensive. I loved the treatment and neck massage but perhaps should have been warned of the cost of it before hand.

Service was lovely but quiet pricey compaired to what I have paid elsewhere for the same service. It was actually only $5 off double the price I pay elsewhere besides the shock of the price it was great 👍🏼

Tanaka is a wonderful therapist. Lovely eveda products for facials and massages. Tea and fruit served after treatment. Often have free samples and promos.

Very good massage and treatment. Very poor "snack", nothing what I ordered, and for the price paid for a full day spa, I would think the customer would deserve better.

I have been massaged here before and it was amazing but my last experience was lacking... Everything was great until the girl who massaged me had extremely shakey hands and it was very off putting and I couldn't relax during my $200+ experience! The girl was lovely and did everything else right but I wouldn't want to be massaged by her again and this would put me off going back again...
