O trabalho da Camila foi como sempre impecavel mas me senti super "not welcome" pela nova funcionaria. Fui atendida no sabado a tarde e toda equipe estava empolgada para celebrar o aniversario de uma das funcionarias, o que eh super legal mas foi a clara a vontade de "se livrarem" logo do meu atendimento. A moca (brasileira que nao sei o nome) me sentou na cadeira sem passar o tonner e nao me falou nada a respeito, eu que tive que perguntar se nao iam passar. Ao final depois de passarem o tonner, nao me mostraram como ficou meu cabelo e nao perguntaram se eu tinha gostado nem nada, e pra completar a mesma moca ainda falou: "Ah agora passamos o tonner, se voce nao gostar problema seu"! Afinal a tintura do meu cabelo paguei $420 e fui embora chocada com a postura. Hoje lavei o cabelo da progressiva na franja e vi que nao ficou bom. Sera que eh problema meu?

overall, great salon, great staff with great communication skills trying hard to please the customer. One of the rare salons where you feel at ease with staff and you feel they are genuinely interested in the welfare of your hair rather than targeting for sale of more products. Very happy with them
