Comment
If the store does not open at a certain time, do not enable the customer to book at this time online. I had booked for a 9am appointment the night before and rocked up to an empty store because they did not open till 9:30. Wonderful and sweet girls with excellent service and consideration however my last set of lashes (fourth @ embrow) have seen more than half of my set fall out within the first day. This will be followed up.
