I have a lot of sensitivities to several things when I rang to inquire about the services offered I explained this to Graham and he assured me that everything would be done to make my experience as comfortable as possible. Jen has certainly addressed these issues and I leave feeling totally pampered and relaxed. I would recommend the friendly service to anyone. Lois
