I spent the first 20mins of my appointment time trying to find the deposit / voucher that had been purchased on their computer system. When it was realised that they had taken the deposit due to me not turning up to an appointment that they had forgotten to cancel, when I changed the appointment time in store. The lady “helping” me then told me that I had lost that $100 deposit. During the 20mins I frantically searched through emails, texted my family who had purchased the treatment for my birthday. I asked to speak to the manager, who eventually told me that they would honour the deposit amount, but tried to explain away the “miscommunication”, taking the excuses offered by the First lady as gospel. It was now 30mins into my appointment. Another five minutes of waiting then I was taken into the treatment room. The therapist didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask how I was and didn’t explain what the treatment was going to happen, what order etc. By this stage I was pretty tense and not at all relaxed and ready for my treatment. After 2hrs and 15mins, 15mins short of the 2.5hr treatment time it was finished. What a waste if $289. What a let down for something that I was so looking forward to and had to make many plans to get too. The customer service was non existent. The lady who served me had actually been the one several weeks before that had changed my appointment when I went into the salon, clearly not taking ownership of her mistake. I wont be back, I will try a local therapist instead where I feel welcomed and valued. A disgrace.

I couldn't get my service online so I called and waited for a long time to be spoken to then I was told the service I wanted I had to wait for 2weeks so I settled on the lower one.when I had my service I was told I couldn't have it as the lady wasn't there until the following week.for $75 I didn't even get cream or oil and sat on an uncomfortable bench...I have $25 left on my gift card and can't even give it away...I won't be going back
