As always the staff are highly professional the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. They are skilled in the area that you have booked in for which in my case was waxing however when I raised a skin concern they took the time to do a skin consultation while at no time pressuring me to purchase products. It’s this type of service that makes me a regular client.
