I loved every minute of my facial. I do wonder though if the music can be turned up louder in order to block out the noise of people talking. It was very distracting hearing people talk in the corridor and at the front desk. I was in the front room so I don't think it was sound proof enough. Each time I would almost be 100% focused on the facial I was distracted by the talking voices outside.i did notice that the staff spoke in soft tones but the clients coming and going didn't necessarily do the same. I still enjoyed my experience regardless

Love Ella Bache in Beaumaris, have never had any concerns or problems except today was probably my least experience. Not to stay it was bad which it wasn't. My therapist was fantastic however a little rough when it came to removing the wax but I did get fantastic possibly the best result she even did underneath when I had a g-string which no other therapist has done before. However when finished I was covered in wax when previously the therapist had wiped the areas waxed cleaned. However I will be returning and will keep praising how fantastic they are.

I enjoy going to Ella Bache Beaumaris. The Salon is so relaxing/ spotless throughout. There is always beautiful relaxation music playing and you are surrounded by a slight perfumed aroma while you have your treatment done which makes it a good experience. The Staff are lovely.

Sophie was an excellent therapist; even though I only had an eye lash tint, she did it perfectly and gave me information that I had not heard about before regarding my lashes. I normally have Momena, and I still enjoy her treatments very much, but now I have two therapists to choose from which means more flexibility.
