I loved every minute of my facial. I do wonder though if the music can be turned up louder in order to block out the noise of people talking. It was very distracting hearing people talk in the corridor and at the front desk. I was in the front room so I don't think it was sound proof enough. Each time I would almost be 100% focused on the facial I was distracted by the talking voices outside.i did notice that the staff spoke in soft tones but the clients coming and going didn't necessarily do the same. I still enjoyed my experience regardless
