I waited for 30 minutes because of a mess up with my booking at your end. My trim and blow wave took 30 mins max and cost 120. Rachel was excellent but if felt rushed and not value of money on this occasion.

My appointment usually takes between 2.5 and 3 hours depending on how busy the salon is. And I typically book at a day / time that is not so busy so that I can shorten the experience !! Yesterday it took 3.5 hours and it was not so busy. It seemed to me that it was mostly driven by the slowness of the highlight / colour process but there could have been other factors too. So while I like the effect I really don't want to spend 3.5 hours. This is just way too long.

The atmosphere was great staff very helpful. I am mou too happy with the colour of my hair as I feel it could have been a little lighter.

The ambience and service was great. Overall I think the value for money wasn’t as strong as it could be. There are many award winning hair salons that charge less than your fees. Overall I think if you were ~20% lower you would get a lot more clientele. At ~20% less you would still be top of the hair salon market.
