Thank you as alway Holly is a really lovely person always has a smile on her face and is very cheery. Hair treatment, cut and blow wave all excellent. Great advice re treatment and cut - my hair is fine and thin therefore very difficult - always makes my hair look good.

My appointment usually takes between 2.5 and 3 hours depending on how busy the salon is. And I typically book at a day / time that is not so busy so that I can shorten the experience !! Yesterday it took 3.5 hours and it was not so busy. It seemed to me that it was mostly driven by the slowness of the highlight / colour process but there could have been other factors too. So while I like the effect I really don't want to spend 3.5 hours. This is just way too long.

Sean did a wonderful job of my highlights and colour. He also cut a long fringe that has really helped add shape.
