Cathy was terrific, with excellent service. The hair wash was ok, but the massage literally was going to last five seconds (until I challenged this, as I also did a few weeks back).

I have been a customer for many years going back to when you were in south Melbourne. You guys are great but I have noticed on the last few visits that I am being up sold products which I don't want. I feel when I spend $200 plus on a cut and colour, an extra $50 for extra products is just too much. It's awkward and slightly uncomfortable as I don't really think the person trying to sell me extra products really wants to be doing so. Apart from that, you rock!

Always good to find a hairdresser that knows how to give a great bow dry and cut. Harry is down to earth and relaxing to be around with no over the top chat. Salon is busy but doesn't feel too hectic. Good product range also. Love that it's just around the corner from home :-)
