I have been going to Bella's Skin Care for all of my beauty treatments since I was 13 years old. I am now 23 years old. For the last six years I haven't lived in Perth and every time I come back and visit, I always go to Bella's Skin Care. Today, I went in to get EBW,ELT,EBT and I was very bothered by the whole experience. I got to my appointment five minutes early. When I entered no one was around. I sat on the couch for about ten minutes until the lady came to the front and was startled by me sitting there. She asked if I had an appointment. I said "yes. Krystina Tasker at 11:45am". Then she brought me back into the room. We had a conversation about what I wanted to achieve and then she started the eyelash tinting process while doing the eyebrow tint. Then she left the room. The eyelash tint became to sting my eyes very quickly. Usually I can't sit through the pain but this time it was hard. I heard her on the phone outside and then I heard her with another customer in another room. I know from previous appointments that if I need help to yell out and someone will come. I said, "Excuse me" and no one came. I said it again, nothing. Finally, she came in and asked me how I was doing. I said "it stings. I called out to you a couple of times", she apologised. My eyes were shaking when she was soaking my eyes. She said my eyes were irritated but then said they look nice. The Eyebrow Wax was easy. After I paid, I went to the bathroom and then realised I hadn't been given a receipt. I returned, she was on the phone, excused the phone call and then gave me the receipt. Then I realised she was the only person working at Bella's Skin Care. Like I said, I have been going to Bella's for a very long time and this time just felt messy. I didn't feel the one on one service I should be getting as a client. I also know that the eye lash tint is meant to be on for usually 20 minutes and it wasn't on for that amount which means I also feel as though I didn't get a very good eyelash tint. Which is usually the case when its taken off early.

I believe some of the staff require further training before they are allowed to work on clients. The quality of session was not worth the price I paid. She was a lovely girl I just felt she was inexperienced. Training with Focus, patience and calmness would make a difference I think.

I’m a bit disappointed with my eyelash extensions. I believe the lashes haven’t been glued on properly. I was advised that the lashes will fall with my natural lashes and I’d lose a couple of lashes but they should at least last me and look full for up to 1-2 weeks. I left the salon feeling pretty good, had a couple of extensions fall off on my way back to my car, thought nothing of it. Well, I’m on day 2 and I’ve had over 10-20 lash extensions fall out per eye daily, and they weren’t attached to any of my original lashes. When checked with other friends with extensions and lash artists, I was told this is an abnormal amount and likely due to poor glue / bonding. I’m therefore hesitant to return to Bella’s as it was an expensive treatment and I feel like I haven’t had my value for money as I hoped despite having followed instructions, avoiding water, makeup, oil based products and using a spoolie gently each morning. I doubt these will last me a week since they are already looking sparse on day 2.

I was very pleased with Bec this morning, lovely lady, spoke well & presented neatly & took time to do my face, was very gentle & thorough, I was very impressed, thankyou Bec

As I mentioned to my therapist, having nice ambient light during a hot stone massage and facial would be so much nicer than the harsh white light. Maybe salt lamps in the rooms would be an option then there’s no fire risk and they provide more light than a candle making it easier for the therapists to see their equipment etc. I know of a shop just down the road called Cindy Louise that sells very reasonable lamps and you can see them on display so could pick the perfect light/warm shade needed. Other than that loved my visit and will be back! Thank you
