Bella's Skin Care Centre provides a professional and caring service in all aspects of beauty therapy. All Therapists are fully qualified and passionate about the beauty industry. All Therapists continue to train and have many years of experience in all areas of beauty ranging from waxing to massage to IPL hair removal/skin rejuvenation to skin needling to biosculpture gel nails to Russian volume lashes. We are proud of the amazing results we gain for our lovely clients.

I have been going to Bella's Skin Care for all of my beauty treatments since I was 13 years old. I am now 23 years old. For the last six years I haven't lived in Perth and every time I come back and visit, I always go to Bella's Skin Care. Today, I went in to get EBW,ELT,EBT and I was very bothered by the whole experience. I got to my appointment five minutes early. When I entered no one was around. I sat on the couch for about ten minutes until the lady came to the front and was startled by me sitting there. She asked if I had an appointment. I said "yes. Krystina Tasker at 11:45am". Then she brought me back into the room. We had a conversation about what I wanted to achieve and then she started the eyelash tinting process while doing the eyebrow tint. Then she left the room. The eyelash tint became to sting my eyes very quickly. Usually I can't sit through the pain but this time it was hard. I heard her on the phone outside and then I heard her with another customer in another room. I know from previous appointments that if I need help to yell out and someone will come. I said, "Excuse me" and no one came. I said it again, nothing. Finally, she came in and asked me how I was doing. I said "it stings. I called out to you a couple of times", she apologised. My eyes were shaking when she was soaking my eyes. She said my eyes were irritated but then said they look nice. The Eyebrow Wax was easy. After I paid, I went to the bathroom and then realised I hadn't been given a receipt. I returned, she was on the phone, excused the phone call and then gave me the receipt. Then I realised she was the only person working at Bella's Skin Care. Like I said, I have been going to Bella's for a very long time and this time just felt messy. I didn't feel the one on one service I should be getting as a client. I also know that the eye lash tint is meant to be on for usually 20 minutes and it wasn't on for that amount which means I also feel as though I didn't get a very good eyelash tint. Which is usually the case when its taken off early.
