I had my hair balayaged for the first time, Zarah looked after me and gave me fantastic colour advice and recommendations. Unfortunately after I came home I realised that there were some unblended sections of hair (my hair is crazy in thickness and texture so I wasn’t surprised and don’t blame the colourist at all). I called up the salon who very happily asked me to come in at my next convenience so they can fix it for me. Zarah was so thorough and patient through the whole process and I can’t recommend them enough for the fantastic service. I’ll definitely be coming again!
