Recently moving to Melbourne I was apprehensive about finding a new salon - I'm so glad I found Billie Jean Hair! Professional salon with experienced staff and excellent service. I've already booked my next appointment :)

Loved the salon. Nice, clean, very welcoming and everyone were super dipper friendly! Had my hair balayaged with Zarah who's great at what she does. Billie Jean is also one of a very few salons that provide complimentary dry and blow wave after the service which is definitely a plus!

Fantastic service. Max listened to me, let me know what would work and what wouldn't and why and showed me how to style my new haircut. Left with a great new haircut and feeling great. Will definitely e back

I was very excited to try Billie Jean having read all the positive reviews on my local salon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. Firstly, I was charged 33% more than quoted on my local salon for a cut and blow dry. I would totally understand an additional charge for colour services (more product, more time) but not for a haircut (the longest strands of my hair were down to the bottom of my shoulder blades). Secondly, throughout the entire visit the stylist kept trying to sell me stuff, from treatments to products to colour services. As to the cut itself, it only looks good if I straighten my wavy hair, which is the opposite of "making it quicker and easier to style" promised by the hairdresser.
