Amazing staff, they go above and beyond. I was there for 8 hours, they treated me so well, although my hair was the most stubborn. Definitely coming back to see Claire, Michelle and Jessie very soon

Every time I visit I am treated as not only a customer but as a member of the Billie Jean family - everyone is professional, personable and super charming and you always have the best ideas and advice. Which is why I have recommended the salon to lots of people and why I will always trust you with my hair! Plus the cuts and colour are great😊

I was very excited to try Billie Jean having read all the positive reviews on my local salon. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. Firstly, I was charged 33% more than quoted on my local salon for a cut and blow dry. I would totally understand an additional charge for colour services (more product, more time) but not for a haircut (the longest strands of my hair were down to the bottom of my shoulder blades). Secondly, throughout the entire visit the stylist kept trying to sell me stuff, from treatments to products to colour services. As to the cut itself, it only looks good if I straighten my wavy hair, which is the opposite of "making it quicker and easier to style" promised by the hairdresser.

Fantastic service. Max listened to me, let me know what would work and what wouldn't and why and showed me how to style my new haircut. Left with a great new haircut and feeling great. Will definitely e back
