I always love my Billie Jean Experience. The whole team are amazing and super friendly. I like to try and be pretty easy as a client and go with the flow, especially given I am often limited in the times I can attend. However, ideally I would like to get some consistency around my stylists. I love Max, and he has looked after me for a while now which is fantastic but my colourist tends to change. I loved Claire-Louise (Apologies if I spelt her name wrong) and would ideally like to try and stay with these two lovely people where possible. I am generally quite risk averse and therefore I like to stay in my safe space with a stylist that I know and trust. Also just to update my details. I have moved into Southbank. I can provide details next time I am in.
